The first townhouse of the Nine Townhouse Project on State Street is starting to rise. This marks the beginning of the second phase of new townhouse construction by developer Abby Hamlin; the first 14 townhouses launched back in 2007. These new homes will be around 4,000 square feet and prices will start at $3,500,000. The development’s website is also live. Here’s a sample floorplan and here’s a rendering released earlier this year. The State Renaissance Townhouse project, just across the street on State Street between Bond and Hoyt, remains quiet.
