Four months after the DOB approved permits for the Carlton Mews project, significant headway has been made at the construction site. Five two-family townhouses are going up that will look a little more traditional than this first rendering. The estimated completion date is for winter 2012. The townhouse at 237 Carlton, at once part of this property and now under different ownership, continues its renovation. And there hasn’t been any recent intel concerning the church on the property, which received much-needed roof support last November.
