Here’s another big sale for Williamsburg’s Bedford Avenue, this one even higher than Pat Kiernan’s big buy at 135 Bedford Avenue for $2.025 million. The sale of 157 Bedford Avenue, a HOTD from a year ago, hit public records recently with a sales price of $2.1 million. It was asking $2,095,000 and is currently configured as an owner’s duplex with two floor-through rentals. You can see an old listing right here.

  1. Call me a snob, but while I have no problem debating whether a house in the brownstone belt is really worth $2.5 million or not, at least the houses in those nabes look really nice. These $2 million Williamsburg houses all look like run-down slum palaces.
