Everyone in the neighborhood couldn’t stop talking about 377 Grand Avenue when it was listed back in April for $2,400,000. The asking price for the 3,200-square-foot brownstone was a record for the block by many hundreds of thousands of dollars. Within days of it being the House of the Day, rumors were swirling of multiple offers and bidding wars. The rumors were true: The sale hasn’t hit public records but we’ve heard from multiple sources that the house just closed for $2,545,000.
