Since launching this past February, 25 of 38 units at 20 Henry Street have been snapped up, according to a press release. The Brooklyn Heights developed hit the market with everything from studios to four bedrooms priced from $450,000 to $2.595 million. Brokers for the project report that current sales are averaging more than $1,000 a foot, an average presumably helped by the fact that four of the six penthouses are in contract. The largest and most expensive unit in the building–a four-bedroom in the the original factory building–is priced at $2,895,000. Closings should come later this summer, bringing some closure to the five-year saga.
