Here’s how Williamsburg condo building 20 Bayard Street is fairing, after an investment firm purchased the 37 remaining units, upgraded them, and put them back on the market last February. Corcoran Senior VP Deborah Rieders says that 25 of the 37 sponsor units are already in contract and seven have closed. (As of April there were twelve signed contracts.) Of the remaining 12 sponsor units, Corcoran is showing six, and the remaining six are either under construction or currently being rented. The recent activity brings the entire building to the 80-percent-sold mark. The remaining units, which include two and three bedrooms, as well as penthouses, range from $945,000 to $2.1 million.
