Dunn Development’s 58-unit supportive housing project at 40 Putnam Avenue in Clinton Hill is rising quickly in the wake of last month’s community meeting to address the fact that 34 of the units were reserved for formerly homeless people with psychiatric issues. From the looks of it, we’d say it’s about halfway there at this point. It’s going to be interesting to see how the existence of this project impacts the quality-of-life challenges along this stretch.
