Christopher Plummer on Washington Avenue

The block of Washington Avenue between Greene and Lafayette Avenues in Clinton Hill was taken over yesterday by film shoot. We didn’t know which one until a keen-eyed reader sent in this shot of screen legend Christopher Plummer taking a break from filming Muhammad Ali’s Greatest Fight, “a film about the politics and hubris surrounding the Vietnam War and the revenge exacted on America’s greatest sportsman of the 20th century because he refused to fight in that war.”
