Aaron Brashear of the Concerned Citizens of Greenwood Heights sent in this photo above (there’s another after the jump) of the five two-family townhouse development on 22nd Street between 6th and 7th avenues. He noted that the bottom floor unit looks large but only has one bedroom, from what he could tell. Also important to note: the buildings are at a lower grade than the sidewalks. In the words of Aaron: “These babies are going to flood so bad. Highest point in Brooklyn, so our rain water packs a punch as it slouches down the hill.” It appears this unit at #338 is already under contract. It was asking $1.1 million. The listing says: “Four stories plus full basement, four bedrooms and 2 full/2half baths. The buildings are 15’ wide and 49’ deep on an 100’ lot.” Check out a picture of the entryway after the jump.
