Work’s begun in earnest at 121-3 Fort Greene Place, two adjoining Fort Greene homes between Lafayette Avenue and Hanson Place. It looks like the property is being gutted, and alteration permits were just approved to convert it into a six-unit apartment. Other plans in the works include restoring the front facades, removing both rear extensions and constructing a new full-width extension. There will also be a rooftop addition and the building stoops will be restored.
