While the ambitious gallery and event space that artist Dustin Yellin is building out in an enormous Red Hook brick warehouse is still very much a work in progress, this weekend it hosted a benefit for the annual Red Hook Crit race. As shown in the photos above, the warehouse on Pioneer Street is still under construction, but the work already on display and the building’s solid bones (the rafters are swoon-worthy!) are already looking great. The event, which raised money for the race, was supported by many local businesses such as Fort Defiance, which donated cocktails.
