You had us at “cast iron verandah!” This new listing at 113 Willow Street in Brooklyn Heights is pretty special. The 1829 house is on the National Register of Historic Places, and with good reason: The 24-foot-wide pad has plenty of original architectural details but, because of the era, they’re not overly ornate or fancy. Our one concern about the $4.5 million listing is the fact that there are no photos of the kitchen or bathroom. Makes you wonder. Still, lovely house, great location. We’ll be interested to see what it goes for.
