There’s hasn’t been much news recently about the Prospect Lefferts Gardens condo at 185 Ocean Avenue—the controversial 22-unit development that borrowed its name, “Ocean on the Park,” from the historic district it’s in—but sales appear to be following a slow-and-steady course. Units in the building were first listed last September, after years of holdups. These days an on-site broker has the following to say about how sales are going: “30 percent of the building is in contract. We have another two contracts out. Closings should begin within the next couple of weeks. We are expecting TCO any day now.” StreetEasy lists studio, one- and two-bedroom units available for $279,000 to $550,000. We’ve been told units are selling close to the asking prices.
