The Williamsburg development with a unique facade at 105 North 5th Street, near the corner of Driggs, looked like it was nearing completion back in late 2009, but then there was no word about the building until January of last year, when its original owners sold the property off. Then, a few months ago, Curbed spotted a website and floorplans suggesting the building would be coming to market as a condo soon, but it turns out that’s not to be: Apartment listings have popped up for the development, making it the latest condo-turned-rental in the neighborhood. Monthly rents are running from $2,850 for a 646-foot one-bedroom up to $4,500 for a 1,211-foot two-bedroom on the eight listings that have made their way to StreetEasy.
