Downtown Brooklyn can have its cake and eat it, too: The condo Toren is just about sold out, and the supermarket that has been planned for its ground floor for a number of years is supposed to open soon. According to a rep for the building, it’s 90 percent spoken for, up from 85 percent sold in November. The building saw 75 sales in 2011, and the units that are still on the market range in price from $385,000 to $1,200,000. As for the supermarket, it’s going to be called “NYC Fresh Market,” according to a building rep, and it’s expected to open in a few months.
