Here’s the completed facade for the second Navy Green Building, 40 Vanderbilt Avenue. Quite the bold statement, do you like it? 40 Vanderbilt will house low-income singles and individuals who have been chronically homeless. Applications were released for the units this past September. The third building, 7 Clermont Avenue, is receiving its facade and you can see a picture after the jump. The lottery for that building should begin this summer.
