72 Poplar Conversion Still in the Works, No Approvals Yet

Turns out we got ahead of ourselves when we published a tip that the DOB has approved alteration plans for 72 Poplar Street, the former precinct in Brooklyn Heights that will be someday be a 13-unit residential building. A representative from the Daten Group, which is developing the property, said they are currently working with Landmarks and the DOB on the conversion but nothing has been approved. We’ll keep you updated as the project moves forward.
