Finally, a Rendering for the Development on 4th and 8th!

The rendering at right above gives a sense of how the building under construction at 202 8th Street, at 4th Avenue, is supposed to look when complete. A few years ago, before work on the development stalled, there was another rendering for the project that was quite a bit glassier. The new rendering comes via StreetEasy, which also says that the building’s 51 units are supposed to hit the market sometime this year. The boilerplate also says there will be a gym and on-site parking. Doesn’t look terribly exciting from this rendering, but we’ll see how it turns out.
