The deli that was on the ground floor forever was awesome and 24/7, and I loved the owners. It was my go-to for years. SO MUCH FOR THAT. Gee, I hope it’s an Applebee’s or something. That would be greeeeaaaat.

this is basically a recladding of the six-story building that was there before.
the old building was not so hot either.
