If there were an old adage that the windows make the apartment, it would apply to this co-op listing at 118 Eighth Avenue in Park Slope. Unlike the House of the Day post that follows this one, the broker had professional photos shot on a sunny day and as a result the two-bedroom pad ends up looking great. The bathroom has been nicely redone in keeping with the prewar vibe and the rooms feel generously sized. The major drawback of this place is probably the lack of a second bathroom. Otherwise, nice full-service building, charming, well-lit apartment. Price: $839,000. Achievable?
