The Eagle takes a look at the in-progress renovations at 345 Adams Street and reveals that Panera is supposed to move into the space sometime in the first quarter of next year. Meanwhile, the broker handling commercial leasing for the building says there’s a pending deal for a restaurant to take space that there might be details about in a couple weeks, and that the eatery in question is “very cool.” Work on the building’s exterior is scheduled to wrap in February.
