Investor Flips Primo Atlantic Ave Properties

The company that purchased five Boerum Hill properties this summer has turned around and sold them off, according to public records. The parcels, at 262-276 Atlantic Avenue on the corner of Boerum Place, include an empty lot and three vacant storefronts. An entity called “262-276 Altantic Avenue, LLC” bought the properties for $3,900,000 from the firm “Boerum Atlantic SPEC,” which paid $3,600,000 for them this summer. We couldn’t figure out much about either party. According to an old listing for the parcels, there are approved plans for a hotel with 90 to 180 rooms, as well as retail, shops, and parking. Anybody know if a development is finally on tap?
