732 Macon Street traded for $560,000 back in 2006 and has just hit the market again with a price tag of $790,000. The four-story, two-family house has LOTS of original detail, most of which appears to be in great shape. The house’s kitchens and bathrooms, while in fine shape, couldn’t feel more generic in a Home Depot sort of way. Given that and how far east the property is, the price feels a bit aggressive to us. Nice place overall though.

  1. people keep talking about how the price on that property is too high, but how come the asking price keeps going up. It went up to a million, and then to 1.2, and from what i understand it just SOLD. bought all cash, although Im not sure if it was bought for the asking price.
