This co-op at 277 Washington Avenue is one of two one-bedrooms in the Clinton Hill building currently on the market. This one’s been listed since May and has undergone two small price cuts in the meantime, bringing the asking price to its current level of $370,000. It’s a very nice-looking pad, full of prewar details and lots of windows and light. The maintenance is also low at $592 a month. This place seems preferable to us over something similar at the Clinton Hill Co-ops and therefore deserves the small pricing premium it has. So why hasn’t it sold?
