The Writing on the Wall at Shake Shack

Here’s a close-up of the “Before I Die” exhibit currently on the construction fence surrounding the forthcoming Shake Shack on Fulton Street. The interactive work, which is by the artist Candy Chang, allows passersby to fill in the blanks about what they’d like to accomplish before they die. According to Shake Shack’s website, the hotly anticipated burger joint is supposed to open within the next couple months. GMAP
