House of the Day: 98 Pioneer Street

This new listing at 98 Pioneer Street in Red Hook has quite a lot of DIY charm. (We particularly like the wood ceilings.) The two-family house is modest in size and finishes as houses go these days, but it’s got a good feel. That, and the fact that houses are hard to come by in Red Hook in general, makes us think that there will be a lot of interest. That doesn’t mean we think they’ll get the asking price of $1,350,000 but it doesn’t hurt to try!
