Development Watch: 731-739 Dean Street

There are two things of note happening on Dean Street between Underhill and Vanderbilt: the garage at 731 Dean Street is being demolished and a four-story, two-unit building is going up at the lot next door. Plans for the new build have been in place since last year, but permits came through last month to amend the plans. It doesn’t seem like the neighboring properties belong to the same owner. DOB GMAP
