Condo of the Day: 302 Washington Avenue, #1

This sales history of this lower unit at 302 Washington Avenue in Clinton Hill is a little hard to piece together. StreetEasy shows that it sold back in the fall of 2007, but this post we did in March of 2008 suggests otherwise. Regardless, the three-bedroom duplex is back on the market now with an all-time-low asking price of $899,995. On the plus side, it’s big (1,800 square feet) and recently-renovated; on the negative side, much of the building’s interior details were lost in the renovation and it’s located in front of a bus stop. Still, on a per square foot basis, this seems decent for the location.
