Stalled Third Avenue Site on the Market

We haven’t heard anything about the dormant development site at Bergen Street and Third Avenue in quite some time, and it turns out that its owner has officially put the property on the market. According to the listing (pdf here), the property is priced at $7 million and comes with approved plans for a 43-unit project. This is the first time we’ve clapped eyes on those plans, which were designed by an obscure architect named Karl Fischer.
