This is the last installment spotlighting the proposed Skyscraper District. LPC’s final vote on the district comes later today. The photos above show 184-230 Joralemon Street, the west side of Court Street between Joralemon and Livingston, and the co-op building at 75 Livingston. (A map of the district can be found here.) The buildings include the Municipal Building, part of which will be developed by Al Laboz; the soon-to-be-condo 184 Joralemon; and 75 Livingston, which some want removed from the footprint of the district.
