South Slope Condo Hitting the Market

Sales are about to launch at the condo at 182 15th Street, between 4th and 5th avenues, in the South Slope. The building has 31 units, and the prices are as follows: Studios start at $365,000, one bedrooms at $430,000, two bedrooms at $630,000 and three bedrooms at $899,000, according to Terry Naini, the Elliman broker marketing the building. Twenty of the units have private outdoor space, and parking spots are going for $30,000 a pop. Listings won’t be online until this afternoon, but there’s going to be a soft opening of the development this evening between 5:30 and 7, followed by a real open house on Sunday. Several years ago there were plans to make this a 12-story building, but community members were successful in challenging the developer’s application to build under old zoning regs. GMAP
