Yeah, that’s a very pretty block; I’ve walked it many times. Often thought it would wonderful to live right there – the only part of Fort Greene that’s close to more useful subways.
The house looks okay in the pix. How “gross” can it be for that price? 17′ x 32′ is no huge floorprint, but still. An empty move-in condition two-family for $1M around here is unbelievable.
