A while back, we noted that the dingy factory at 590 Myrtle, at Taaffe, was going to be an eating and drinking establishment. And it turns out the plans are rather grand indeed: a tipster sent us the website for The Brooklyn Tap House, a “sprawling indoor/outdoor 7000 square feet brewtopia featuring 40 different beers on tap with the capability of expanding to over 100 different beers on tap.” Here’s a few shots of the construction so far from the website, where the picture above came from. No word on the targeted opening date, but this seems like a win for that stretch of Myrtle Avenue.
