Development Watch: 505 Fulton Street

505 Fulton Street, the beautiful but rundown building in Downtown Brooklyn, marches on in its transformation to a residential and commercial development. In Early August work was evident along Duffield Street, now a construction fence extends along Fulton. When all is said and done, the development will include retail on the first two levels on the building and luxury condos above.
