Back in March of 2010, sales at the 13-unit condo on the corner of Wythe and Metropolitan appeared to be going fairly well, with 60 percent of the building in contract. Although a couple of the units closed, the other listings were subsequently pulled, and now the building is back on the market. There was talk of construction problems with the condo, though one of the brokers now representing the building says the developer decided to let many of the would-be buyers out of contracts because of the economic climate. In any case, prices are now running between $619,000 for a 735-square-foot one bedroom to $765,000 for a 1,048-square-foot two bedroom. Click through for one of the interior shots from the listings.
