Permits for all 11 townhouses that will be built as part of the large development at 340 Court Street, where construction resumed last month, have been approved. The townhouses, which will line both Court and Sackett streets, are all four stories; some are configured as single families and others as two families. The attached condominium, which is already being built, will have 32 units. Kenneth Horn from Alchemy Properties tells us they are still considering lighter facade samples and it’ll be a few more weeks until a fresh rendering is released. Besides the color change, though, the design will still closely match an earlier one that the Clarett Group, the project’s former developer, had in the works. Construction for the whole shebang should only last 18-20 months.
