More New Rentals for Lexington Avenue

A few listings have trickled in for 125 Lexington Avenue, the new Robert Scarano-designed rental building in Bed Stuy. So far a couple two-bedroom units, priced at $2,800 and $3,000 a month, have been listed. Seems pretty pricey to us, especially considering the run-of-the-mill interiors, but who knows. This is right across the street from another Scarano design, 120 Lexington. It’s also down the block from newish rental 80 Lexington, as well as the rental building at 95 Lexington and condos at 105 Lexington. How do you think 125 Lex will fare with so much competition?
