Last week Curbed ran some shots of the Williamsburg condo formerly known as the Finger building, which is finally nearing completion, and noted that the developer “might be going back to basics and just using its address, 144 North 8th Street” for marketing purposes. (It was going by the handle “The Albero” for awhile.) Looks like that’s the case, as Corcoran now has a placeholder website up for the once-controversial project. The site doesn’t give specifics on prices or when sales are going to launch, but here’s the marketing copy: “Imagine a home where you have everything that you need; smart design, room to grow, and the city at your feet. All of this in a real neighborhood, full of dynamic people and interesting places. 144 North 8th Street, Williamsburg.” Presumably it’ll be hitting the market soon.
