Muss Development’s overhaul of 345 Adams Street in Downtown is marching forward, and the building’s exterior is about to change markedly as new arches got delivered today. A Panera is slated to open in the building before the year is out—right next to where the arches are being put in—and the developer is still hunting for other tenants.
