As Curbed reported a few days ago, the unobtrusive construction of 568 Union Avenue has sat well with Williamsburg residents, and now it’s time to find out if the building is also welcomed by renters. Aptsandloft.com has studio, one- and two-bedroom rentals listed from $2,093 to $3,976/month. The amenities: a landscaped private courtyard, swimming pool, fitness center, and common roof deck. Seems like the development is still in soft-opening mode, as the website doesn’t show any interior shots yet. Early predictions, anybody?
