Apartments at the Williamsburg development 111 Kent Avenue are officially available for rent. Aptsandlofts.com has some interior shots and the price breakdown, with the one and two bedrooms listed so far ranging from $2,705 to $4,519/month. The interiors look pretty sleek, and we’re digging the rooftop “plunge pool” and lounge. When this building was on the market as a condo development, back in 2009, prices ran from $575,000 up to $1,100,000. Update: From a rep at aptsandloft.com: “The building is not officially on the market, aptsandlofts.com is currently taking appointments in preparation for an upcoming launch.” We’ll keep you in the loop when the official launch comes along.
