Unit #26A was sold at the One Hanson auction a few months ago. The 3,263-square-foot four bedroom was last on the market for $3,450,000. It went for $2,550,000. Entered into contract on 1/21/11; closed on 4/1/2011; deed recorded on 4/21/11.

3. BOERUM HILL $2,700,000

A HOTD in March 2010. We said: “It’s got lots of original charm and is 25 feet wide, which give it a shot at achieving the asking price of $2,750,000, we guess, but this really seems like boom-time pricing to us.” Entered into contract on 3/25/2011; closed on 6/30/2011; deed recorded on 7/11/11.
