What to make of the floor-through co-op at 907 Union Street? On the negative side, it’s a walk-up, kitchen feels kinda awkward and not that nice, and the window situation is sub-optimal. On the positive: original floors and mantels, attractive common areas and roof rights along with 875 square feet of F.A.R. Given the potential to build this thing out (in which case you’d probably redo the kitchen anyway) and the convenient Park Slope location, the asking price of $475,000 doesn’t sound like a bad starting place.
