On Friday The Real Deal noted that sales were set to launch at Boerum Hill’s 233 Pacific today and, sure enough, the website for the development is now live. The 30-unit condo is the second half of a larger project that includes the sold-out, 14-unit 225 Pacific. The Real Deal article notes that prices are going to run from $675,000 to $1.9 million and that its developer focused on building larger units for the “family-friendly neighborhood.” The slideshow above gives a sense of how the interiors are supposed to turn out.
