Just One Condo Left for Sale at the Prospect

Sales have been swift at 825 Classon, also known as The Prospect. Now only one unit, a one bedroom asking $349,000, is left. (Another one-bedroom unit with a rear terrace is up for rent at $2,000/month “or best offer,” says a broker.) There have been 13 closings to date, with two more scheduled for this week. Ten out of the 13 units are now occupied. A month ago, a penthouse unit sold for $1,109,892.50. The building launched sales about nine months ago.
