Another New Build Coming to Clinton Hill

The lot at 474 Grand Avenue in Clinton Hill will someday be a small-scale condo development, rising not far from two other planned projects, an affordable housing development and a Karl Fischer-designed building planned on Putnam Avenue and Irving Place. According to the sign posted at the site, it will be a four-story, eight-unit condominium building. Work is scheduled to be done by April 2012.
