Last week a website launched for Brooklyn Heights’ newest condo building, 75 Clinton, and now some prices and interior photos have popped up. Corcoran’s listed 12 studio to three-bedroom units from $519,820 up to $1,699,000. (There are 80 units total.) Click through for more details and photos…

The smallest unit is 553 square feet, while the biggest comes in at 1,531 feet. Amenities include a doorman, rooftop lounge, fitness center and private outdoor spaces. What do you make of the interiors? And how about those metal balconies? Yesterday Curbed wondered if this was the beginning to a “Brooklyn Heights conversion showdown,” as 166 Montague is right across the street. There’s also 101 Clinton, the under-construction conversion next door. All in all, this is a busy little pocket of residential development in the Heights.

  1. the finished product exceeded my expectations.
The views in three direction take in some of Brooklyn’s most magnificent landmarks including the York and Sawyer bank across the street, the Lafever church catter-corner and the romanesque revival Franklin Building across the other street.
    It is Landmarks Central.

  2. Walking by here the other day I noted that the buff facade color of the new building is close to the buff brick of the landmark building across Clinton Street. Interesting that architects chose to do that even though the site is not in the historic district. it was a good choice.
Unlike many of the new condo towers in Brooklyn, this one could not be more conveniently located. Every subway line is nearby and the entrance to the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges are minutes away.
