According to a rep for Ideal Properties, the firm renting out the new building 433 Third on 3rd Ave between 7th and 8th streets, a temporary certificate of occupancy for the property is expected to come through within the next few days, and renters are likely to start moving in this week. All of the two- and three-bedrooms in the 27-unit property have been leased, according to the agent handling the building, and what remains are seven one-bedrooms running between $2,150 and $2,300 a month.
