The opening of the 133-room Fairfield Inn on 3rd Avenue between Baltic and Butler has been pushed back a couple times, but now its website says it will be ready for lodgers next month. What’s more: There are sample room rates. For example, plugging in a check-in date of June 1st reveals that a room with a king-sized bed is available for $179 a night, while another with two double beds is available for $199 a night.
