A Starbucks next to a 7-11. Would be like a microcosm of the whole neighborhood.
I WISH two boots would hit up Brooklyn for a pizzeria… how would that not KILL on Court near Atlantic? I could also see a Starbucks going into one of the vacant spaces to take advantage of both the DeKalb subway traffic, the hospital and park foot traffic.
A pizza parlor? Lame.
Unless it’s something like Two Boots. And I doubt that.
The space on Flatbush next to the 7-11 will be a pizza parlor according to workmen in the space. There are still two to three available storefronts there, and one has to wonder if it’s time to see what that part of Flatbush can support
Yes – those fries, enough for a wedding. Best chain burgers in the country by a mile. Compared to their imposters – “Checkers,” shame that Five guys tend to pick relatively lousy locations (Montague, bet Clinton & Henry -2nd floor, really?) They will make a killing on Flatbush/Fulton though.
It looks like a 5 Guys might be going in next to the Sprint store on Flatbush between Fulton and Dekalb too – or something else with white and red tiles since that’s what I can see peaking ou.
